This display boasts impressive emergent growth, with an exceedingly underdeveloped submerged section. With foliage and flowers already so full of color, the usage of supplemental colored lighting is unnecessary and distracting.

Nice selection of colors and cascading/upright plants. The elephant ears plant overwhelms the emersed section however and I would have taken that plant out. There is enough diverity and detail otherwise.
