Fantastically small, this display suffers from a lack of integration between hardscape and substrate elements. The display appears very young in regard to the plants shown, with mosses untrimmed and suffering from humidity damage. Mixing substrates together to create a gradient from sand to gravel is critical to achieving the intended impact.
